• What does "Tryst'' mean ?

    A Tryst is a romantic rendezvous between lovers.  We believe our clothing creates an atmosphere of love
    and romance.


  • Where are you located (Store Address)?

          We are located at 17380 Monterey Street in Morgan Hill, California between 2nd and 3rd Street.  We are
          located between Royal Clothiers and Fuzia Restaurant.


  • What are your "Store Hours'' ?

    We are open seven days a week!

    Monday 10am - 5pm, Tuesday - Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 9pm,
    and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

    We also offer private and group shopping parties by appointment before and after hours.


  • What is your ''Return Policy'' ?

    We will give you a full refund up to 3 days after the date of your purchase, and a store credit up to 7 days.

    However, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when you purchased it and still have the
    original tags attached.  We must also have receipt of your purchase.

    Please be aware that some items are sold as "Final Sales" and are not subject to our return policy. No
    returns on clearance items.


  • Do you accept ''Credit Cards'' ?

    Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


  • Do you accept ''Personal Checks'' ?

    Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.


  • Will you place an item on ''Layaway'' ?

    Yes, for the convenience of our valued customers, we have a Tryst Layaway Program. The program is
    beneficial because it allows small payments over time with no interest.

    However, to place an item on layaway, we ask that you put at least 20% down, and it must be paid for and
    picked up within 30 days.

    Items not paid for and picked up within 30 days, may be placed back on the rack and all monies applied
    to the purchase will be forfeited.

  • Will you put ''Merchandise On Hold'' ?

    Yes, we will place an item on hold for you, however, items not claimed by the end of the day, will be taken
    off hold and placed back on the rack.


  • Do you have a ''Mailing List'' ?
